Start with the schedule

Map overlapping sessions and the time available between them. If one set cannot dry before the next group needs it, extra turnaround capacity may be required. Do not equate the number of participants with the number of bottles that are clean and available at a given moment.

Identify who is responsible when the programme changes. A cancelled session can leave prepared drinks and equipment waiting without a clear owner.

Record the configuration

For camps using hired venues, verify access to suitable water and cleaning facilities. Keep the approved bottle model and care instructions with the equipment record. A familiar club routine may not be possible at another location.

Request quantities by group and destination in the quote. At the end of the camp, return clean and dry stock to storage and keep damaged items separate for review.
