Count simultaneous deployment

A purchasing calculation should start with groups that need equipment at the same time. Two teams at different venues cannot rely on the same physical crate just because they train on the same day. Identify simultaneous users, spare bottles and any separate staff set.

Within a group, divide the required bottle count by ten and round upwards. The result is a minimum number of ten-position units for that count. Extra units for cleaning turnaround or location separation are a separate operational choice.

Capacity planner

This tool calculates places and nominal fluid volume only. It is not an individual hydration recommendation, a transport load rating or a shipping calculator. The real carried mass also includes bottles, caps and crates.

Turn a count into an order

List crates and bottles as separate line items when asking for a quote. State whether bottles are supplied by you or need to be part of the offer. Include the compatibility check before treating the calculated quantity as an order-ready specification.

For multiple sites, include a delivery allocation rather than a single total. It allows a receiver to check whether the correct quantity has reached each location without opening every pack.
