Describe the customer you serve
Sports clubs, education providers and event organisers can have different requirements even when the crate is the same. Explain your target customer and whether you supply a bottle set, a replacement crate or a wider equipment package. This helps define what belongs in the offer.
An enquiry can cover expected quantities and repeat demand without making unsupported promises about territory rights or discount levels. Any trade arrangement must be confirmed directly with FRAMO.
Build an accurate catalogue entry
Keep capacity at ten compatible bottles. Use the agreed item reference and current product configuration. Do not reuse a photograph to imply that bottles, labels or additional accessories are included when they are not.
Ask about image use and available technical information. A supplier photograph is not a licence to alter the product shape or capacity. Branding options and unbranded availability require confirmation rather than a generic customisable label.
Plan replacements and changes
Keep records of the bottle model originally paired with the crate. Where customers reorder replacements, check whether their bottle has changed. An apparently minor cap revision can affect a previously agreed combination.
Discuss how future changes in packaging or item references will be communicated. Clear records reduce misunderstandings between your sales team, warehouse and customer.
