- The number of compatible bottle positions. Here that number is ten.
- Configuration
- The agreed combination of crate, bottle model, cap and any included items.
- Compatibility
- Physical suitability of that specific combination, not merely matching nominal volume.
- Load rating
- A supplier-specified permitted load. It must not be calculated from an image.
Purchasing terms
- Crate-only
- A supply configuration that does not automatically include bottles.
- Delivery allocation
- The quantity assigned to a particular site or group.
- Required date
- A buyer request that needs supplier confirmation.
- Quotation
- A stated offer for the specified scope and terms; not the same as a general webpage.
Use clear units
State whether a quantity means crates, bottles, cartons or sets. Record the contents of a set and do not switch units midway through an enquiry. That simple discipline makes price comparisons and goods receipt more reliable.
